Truly the best customer service experience I have had in years. I had to have an earring removed because I was due an MRI over the long weekend but my father-in-law ended up in emerg at the same time. They were even willing to come to the hospital to remove the earring! So kind and considerate of my situation. I managed to get to the shop, the earring removed in seconds. I then was able to have them repaired. I highly, highly recommend.
